
AQUA•AID Solutions needed a dynamic sales tool that would allow their team to travel to golf courses across the country and effectively explain their product offerings without relying on bulky equipment or printed materials. To solve this, my team at Design Revolution developed an interactive Multi Touchpoint Xperience (MTX) that provided a choose-your-own-adventure approach, enabling sales representatives to diagnose turf issues on-site and showcase tailored solutions, including products, chemicals, and equipment. As the client account executive and creative lead, I guided the vision, content segmentation, and technical development, ensuring the final experience was intuitive, lightweight, and fully deployable across the sales team and trade show environments.
RESULTS:
• 60% reduction in annual marketing costs by eliminating printed materials and optimizing trade show logistics
• Deployment to 30+ sales team members nationwide for use in on-location customer consultations
