MIT Athletics sought an innovative way to showcase its rich history and Hall of Fame athletes within its state-of-the-art Rowing and Athletics facilities. To achieve this, my team developed two Multi Touchpoint Xperiences (MTX) that provided an interactive timeline, athlete bios, multimedia content, and sizzle reels. Given the challenges of COVID-19, we implemented cutting-edge technology that allowed visitors to control the touchscreens via their personal devices by scanning a QR code, ensuring a safe and seamless experience. As the client account executive and Executive Creative Director, I led the vision, creative direction, and troubleshooting efforts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring both functionality and long-term scalability.
RESULTS:
• Seamless, touch-free interaction via QR code scanning for health and safety
• A futureproof database allowing for remote updates and long-term maintenance
• 5+ years of continued relevance, with the experiences still actively updated and utilized
